Effective Dates: March 8th, 2015 to AUG 30th , 2015

The Referral Program encourages eligible individuals to submit Dynamic ITSolutions business opportunities with existing and new clients. If an opportunity becomes an open assignment, and a consultant is successfully placed, the referrer is eligible for a $$ cash $$ reward.

Dynamic ITSolutions Cash<\/b>

$250 to $1,000 may be paid to the referrer when a consultant is successfully placed on the referred assignment for a minimum of 90 calendar days.

Branch management will determine the amount of the referral payment based on skill set and assignment length. Contact your local Dynamic ITSolutions branch for more information.

The Rules:<\/b>

The reward will be paid to referrer after the placed consultant has been on assignment 90 calendar days from the start date. The reward will not be pro-rated.

If a referred candidate is placed on the referred assignment, the referral fee with be split evenly between the person who referred the candidate and the person who referred the assignment.

Branch management retains the right to approve or decline all referrals.

All referral payments are subject to applicable federal and state tax withholdings.

Who is eligible to participate?<\/b>

\u00a0\u00a0Independent contractors.

\u00a0\u00a0People outside Dynamic ITSolutions employment (with the exception those listed below).

Who is NOT eligible to participate?<\/b>

\u00a0\u00a0ALL Dynamic ITSolutions staff employees.

\u00a0\u00a0Relatives of Dynamic ITSolutions employees.

\u00a0\u00a0Client personnel at any level.

\u00a0\u00a0Subcontractors.
